17,75 Millionen Euro Fördermittel für digitale Vernetzung des Dresdner Nahverkehrs

Die Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe (DVB) erhalten 17,75 Millionen Euro für die weitere Digitalisierung des Nahverkehrs in Dresden. Ziel ist es, Fahrgäste schneller und zuverlässiger zu informieren sowie die Verkehrssteuerung des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) bei Störungen zu verbessern. Dabei unterstützen moderne digitale Systeme die Fahr- und Leitstellenmitarbeiter. Staatsministerin Regina Kraushaar hat dafür heute (28. Oktober 2026) einen Förderbescheid an die Vorstände der DVB, Andreas Hemmersbach und Lars Seiffert, auf dem Straßenbahnhof Trachenberge in Dresden übergeben. Vor Ort sagte Sachsens Verkehrsministerin Regina Kraushaar: »Digitalisierung wird hier praktisch erlebbar: Die DVB kann ihren Service für die Fahrgäste spürbar verbessern. Gut, dass wir dafür Fördergelder der EU mit Landesmitteln kombinieren und die DVB unterstützen können. Damit bleibt der Nahverkehr in Dresden leistungsfähig und attraktiv.
