Nivika carries out complementary acquisitions in Jönköping and Halmstad

Press Release – September 4, 2026 Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Nivika”) has, through three separate transactions, acquired the properties Flahult 21:15 and 21:35 in Jönköping, as well as Filaren 23 and 24 in Halmstad. The properties comprise a total leasable area of approximately 7,500 square metres and generate annual rental income of SEK 5.6 million. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 66 million.
