Freetrailer initiates share repurchase programme
The Board of Directors of Freetrailer Group A/S (“Freetrailer”) has decided to exercise the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2023 to repurchase treasury shares. The share repurchase programme covers shares for an aggregate amount of up to DKK 20 million. The programme will run from 31 August 2026 up to and including 31 December 2026. The share repurchase programme is initiated and structured in compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and EU Commission Regulation No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014.
