Affaires cantonales Échanges d’informations dans le domaine de la privation de liberté Lors de son assemblée de printemps, la Conférence des directrices et directeurs cantonaux de justice et police (CCDJP) a adopté un projet de convention intercantonale sur l’échange d’informations dans le domaine de la privation de liberté, convention qui a été soumise aux cantons en vue de sa ratification. Par ce rapport et le décret qui l’accompagne, le Conseil d’État demande au Grand Conseil de ratifier l’adhésion du Canton de Neuchâtel à cette convention.
