The launch of MyProperty , a service many residents have requested, is another step in the City’s commitment to continuous improvement and making it easier, more convenient and more accessible to do business with the City of Saskatoon. MyProperty replaces My Utility Account and, for the first time, introduces optional online access to current and historical property tax and assessment information. Residents who prefer to continue receiving paper notices do not need to take any action. It’s easy to get started with MyProperty right from the homepage of saskatoon.ca Enter your 10-digit personal access code, and details when prompted, to set up your MyProperty account. You will only use this code once, during initial account set-up. Once your account is created, you can securely access official City information in one convenient location, including property tax and assessment eNotices, eBill utility billing details, SmartUtil and more.
