Three charged in drug trafficking operation
We have charged three men and seized a significant amount of drugs in relation to a drug trafficking operation in Calgary. In June 2026, our officers were made aware of a suspected drug trafficking operation and an investigation was subsequently launched. Investigators quickly identified multiple suspects, and two residences believed to be connected to the drug trafficking operation. On Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, search warrants were executed at residences located in the 200 block of Riverstone Place S.E., and in the 2800 block of First Street N.W. As a result, the following was seized: · A loaded CZ 9-mm handgun · An unloaded Glock 9-mm handgun · Approximately 1,275 grams of cocaine with a street value of approximately $62,000 · 137 Gabapentin pills with a street value of approximately $700 · $4,565 in Canadian currency · $100 in U.S. currency Two suspects were located in one of the residences during the search, and a third suspect was located during a traffic stop. As a result, all three were arrested and charged.
