Projeto cria ressarcimento pelo transporte aéreo de órgãos para transplantes

O Senado pode analisar em breve um projeto de lei que permite o ressarcimento dos custos para quem usa suas aeronaves para transportar órgãos, tecidos e partes do corpo humano para transplantes. Com o objetivo de fortalecer o Sistema Nacional de Transplantes (SNT), a proposta também isenta essas operações de tarifas aeroportuárias e de navegação aérea. Apresentado pelo senador Astronauta Marcos Pontes (PL-SP), o PL 2.692/2026 aguarda envio da Presidência da Casa para votação nas comissões. O projeto prevê a criação de regulamento específico para esse fim e também sugere a execução de convênios com entes federados e organizações sem fins lucrativos, para o suporte administrativo de toda a logística. Segundo Marcos Pontes, embora o uso da frota nacional de aeronaves no transporte de órgãos para transplantes tenha evoluído significativamente, por meio de iniciativas públicas e privadas, a participação de empresas e cidadãos do setor privado ainda acha obstáculos institucionais ao alcance de todo o potencial de apoio logístico SNT.
