PEC do fim da 6x1 pode ser votada na quarta, após quinta sessão de discussão

A proposta de emenda à Constituição que acaba com a jornada de trabalho 6x1 passou pela quarta sessão de discussão no Plenário do Senado nesta terça-feira (13). A quinta e última sessão regimental em primeiro turno está prevista para esta quarta (14). A líder do governo, senadora Teresa Leitão (PT-PE), anunciou um requerimento de calendário especial para acelerar a tramitação da proposta. Se a quebra de interstícios for aprovada, há a possibilidade de a PEC ter os dois turnos de votação concluídos ainda na quarta. De autoria do deputado federal Reginaldo Lopes (PT-MG) — que estava presente no Plenário durante o debate —, a PEC 221/2019 foi aprovada pela Câmara dos Deputados por ampla maioria. No Senado, ela havia recebido 36 emendas até esta terça-feira, todas rejeitadas pelo relator no Senado, o senador Omar Aziz (PSD-AM).
