CRA aprova flexibilização da regularização ambiental de produtores rurais

A Comissão de Agricultura (CRA) aprovou nesta quarta-feira (4) projeto de lei que flexibiliza o Código Florestal para que produtores rurais possam aderir à regularização ambiental de suas terras e, ao mesmo tempo, continuar produzindo sem embargos legais. O PL 290/2025 foi aprovado na forma de substitutivo (texto alternativo) apresentado pelo relator, senador Jaime Bagattoli (PL-RO), à proposta de autoria do senador Zequinha Marinho (Podemos-PA), presidente da CRA. O texto segue para análise final da Comissão de Meio Ambiente (CMA). Segundo a legislação em vigor, o produtor rural que possui o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) de sua terra pode aderir ao Programa de Regularização Ambiental (PRA), apenas deixando de sofrer embargos quando cumpre todos os compromissos do programa — como pagamento de multas e ações de recuperação vegetal. — A aprovação do PL contribuirá decisivamente para destravar os processos de regularização ambiental, viabilizando a retomada de atividades por milhares de produtores de boa-fé que aguardam, há anos, a conclusão de suas adesões ao PRA, sem prejuízo da proteção ao meio ambiente — disse Jaime Bagattoli.
