Medida provisória libera R$ 7,52 bilhões para custear subsídios a combustíveis

Publicada no Diário Oficial da União (DOU) nesta sexta-feira (9), a Medida Provisória (MP) 1.395/2026 abre crédito extraordinário de R$ 7,52 bilhões para custear subsídios à produção e à importação de combustíveis. A medida destina os recursos ao Ministério de Minas e Energia e entra em vigor na mesma data. Os valores estão previstos no orçamento da Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), com abrangência nacional. O crédito financia as ações vinculadas às MP 1.358/2026 e MP 1.363/2026, que instituíram apoio financeiro a produtores e importadores para reduzir os efeitos da alta dos combustíveis causada pelo conflito no Oriente Médio. Combustíveis Do total, R$ 1,35 bilhão será destinado à ação de subsídio determinada na MP 1.358/2026. Editada em maio, a medida autorizou apoio à comercialização de gasolina e diesel, limitado ao valor dos tributos federais incidentes sobre os combustíveis. Para receber o pagamento, as empresas deveriam descontar o subsídio do preço de venda, registrar a operação em nota fiscal e prestar informações à ANP.
