Aprovada ampliação do adicional de fronteira para servidores federais

A medida provisória que aumenta o valor da indenização paga a servidores federais em regiões de fronteira e amplia o alcance do benefício para mais carreiras e localidades foi aprovada em Plenário nesta quarta-feira (28). O projeto de lei de conversão derivado da MP 1.375/2026 eleva o valor do chamado adicional de fronteira de R$ 91 para R$ 191 por dia, a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2027, sendo permitidas correções periódicas pelo Executivo. O projeto segue para sanção presidencial. Passam a ter direito à vantagem servidores do INSS, de agências reguladoras, da Suframa, fiscais agropecuários, professores e técnicos de instituições federais de ensino, além de policiais civis e servidores dos antigos territórios federais do Amapá, Roraima e Rondônia. O texto também inclui os municípios da Amazônia Legal entre as localidades estratégicas elegíveis à indenização. Dessa forma, estende o pagamento mesmo para cidades fora da faixa de fronteira, desde que enfrentem dificuldades de fixação de pessoal e atuem no combate a crimes transfronteiriços.
