Projeto na CAS cria diretrizes para uso da inteligência artificial na saúde

O uso da inteligência artificial na área da saúde observará a proteção e segurança do paciente, além da transparência e a preservação da autonomia dos profissionais do setor, entre outros fundamentos. É o que determina o projeto de lei que estabelece as diretrizes para a utilização de sistemas de inteligência artificial na saúde. O PL 931/2026, da senadora Dra. Eudócia (PSDB-AL), é relatado pela senadora Damares Alves (Republicanos-DF), que promoveu mudanças ao texto original. A proposta aguarda votação na Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS). Em seu relatório, Damares observa que boa parte das matérias relacionadas à governança geral da inteligência artificial já foi disciplinada no PL 2.338/2023, do senador Rodrigo Pacheco. Essa proposta foi aprovada pelo Senado em dezembro de 2024 e remetida à Câmara dos Deputados. A relatora, porém, reconheceu o mérito da proposta.
