Personnel welfare remains a critical pillar of military readiness, providing the financial stability and peace of mind that enable Service members to remain focused on their operational responsibilities. Commander Kenya Air Force, Major General Bernard Waliaula, recently presided over a sensitisation programme on the KDF Mortgage Scheme at Sina Makosa Grounds, Moi Air Base, aimed at empowering KAF personnel to make informed decisions on home ownership and long-term financial planning. The engagement brought together Base and Formation Commanders, senior officers, officers and Service members, alongside representatives from Defence Headquarters, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), the Affordable Housing Board and the Civil Servants Housing Scheme.
