B4 it’s too late: TRAFC supports Operation Warm Heart
TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee hosted a commanders' visit at Jelly Belly in Fairfield, California, Oct. 20, 2026, in support of Operation Warm Heart. “Operation Warm Heart is a First Sergeant-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Airmen and their families during times of financial hardship or unexpected life events,” said U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Michael Britt, 60th Aerial Port Squadron first sergeant. According to Britt, OWH seeks to help Airmen in short-notice situations when traditional resources are insufficient or unable to be provided in a timely manner. Each year, TRAFC hosts a B4 fundraising event, featuring beer, bourbon, bubbles and barbecue to help OWH accomplish its mission.
