Fobi Announces Voting Results from Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

(TSXV: FOBI) (Pink: FOBIF) (“ Fobi ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that, at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today (the “ Meeting ”), shareholders re-elected incumbent directors Rob Anson, Peter Green and Jeffrey Hyman and elected Andrew Turner as a new director of the Company. Each director will hold office until the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders or until a successor is duly elected or appointed.
