Solid Impact Investments Corp. Announces Further Extension to Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire – October 16, 2026 – Solid Impact Investments Corp. (TSXV: SOLI.P) (" Solid " or the " Company "), a capital pool company , is pleased to announce that the Company has been granted a further extension by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to complete the non-brokered private placement, as previously announced on August 14, 2026 and September 24, 2026 (the “ Private Placement ”) of up to 60,000,000 common shares of the Company (each, a “ Common Share ”) at a price of CAD$0.05 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to CAD$3,000,000. The Company has now until November 16, 2026, to complete the Private Placement. The net proceeds from the P rivate P lacement will be used for general working capital and towards any costs associated with a future qualifying transaction as such a term is defined in Policy 2.4 – “ Capital Pool Companies ” of the Exchange.
