Beauce Gold Fields Agrees to Sell CH-98 Phosphate Property to Inspiration Mining Corp.

Montréal, Québec – TheNewswire - Beauce Gold Fields Inc. (TSX Venture: BGF) (“BGF” or the “Company”) announces that it has entered into an arm’s-length agreement to sell its 100% interest in the CH-98 phosphate property in the Lac-Saint-Jean region of Québec to Inspiration Mining Corp. (CSE: ISP) (“Inspiration”). Completion of the transaction remains subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals. The proposed sale will enable BGF to focus its exploration efforts and management resources on its core gold assets in southern Québec, particularly the Saint-Simon-les-Mines paleoplacer channel and its associated bedrock gold targets.
