African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson at the 10th Ministerial Meeting of the Coordination Committee of the #Africa-#Arab Partnership

At the 10th Ministerial Meeting of the Coordination Committee of the #Africa-#Arab Partnership, the Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf underscored the need to revitalise the partnership and move decisively from declarations to implementation. With 2027 marking the 50th anniversary of the partnership, he said it's timely opportunity to take stock of the achievements, address outstanding challenges & give the cooperation renewed strategic & practical momentum. Chairperson Youssouf highlighted the need to finalise the Joint Africa-Arab Action Plan, establish clear timelines for priority projects & beneficiaries, & develop sustainable financing mechanisms capable of translating political commitments into tangible results.
