We also have an exciting update: Monument Hills has been approved! Monument Hills is a planned 940-acre mixed-use development that will bring together residential neighborhoods, commercial spaces, parks, open space and public facilities between Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument and the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe. This development has been in the works for a long time, and we're ensuring that it will be intentional and innovative. Rendering of Monument Hills (subject to change) For example, there will be approximately 350 attainable housing units specifically to support our military personnel from Creech Airforce Base and Nellis. These units will help close the gap on a long-recognized regional need. Learn more about Monument Hills here .
