(CSE: ENCR) ("Encore"), consisting of 400,000 common shares, at $0.26 per share, representing approximately 1.28% of Encore’s issued and outstanding common shares. The investment follows Encore's completion of an oversubscribed C$1.67 million private placement, which closed on August 4, 2026, and the increase of its secured convertible loan investment in Solstar Space Company ("Solstar") to approximately US$1.16 million.
