(TSXV: CANS) (OTC: WLDPF) ("Wildpack" or the "Company"), announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission, as the principal regulator of the Company, issued a cease trade order (the "CTO") on June 30, 2026. Additionally, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has suspended trading of the Company's common shares. The CTO was issued as a result of the Company's failure to file the following continuous disclosure documents required under applicable Canadian securities laws: (i) audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025; (ii) an interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2026; (iii) management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended December 31, 2025 and March 31, 2026; and (iv) certification of the annual and interim filings for the periods ended December 31, 2025 and March 31, 2026 (collectively, the "Required Filings").
