(“Kin”) and Market One Media Group Inc. (“Market One”) to support the Company’s investor relations, communications and investor marketing activities, and has retained Integral Wealth Securities Limited (“Integral”) to provide market-making services. The engagements are intended to support Mogul’s capital markets and investor communications strategy following the commencement of trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) on September 1, 2026. The agreements are subject to acceptance by the TSXV.
