Emirates celebrates 15 years of operations to Geneva

Geneva/Dubai, October 5 2026 – Emirates is celebrating 15 years of operations to Geneva. Since launching its first flight to the Swiss city on 1 June 2011, the airline has carried over 3.4 million passengers to and from Geneva and operated more than 15,588 return flights,* connecting customers via Dubai with destinations across its global network. Emirates currently operates two daily services between Geneva and Dubai, providing travellers from Western Switzerland and neighbouring regions with convenient connections to destinations across the Middle East, Asia, the Indian Ocean, Australia and beyond. Dubai remains the most popular destination for Emirates passengers departing from Geneva, followed by Bangkok, Mauritius, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Manila and Singapore.
